Reactive or Break/Fix is traditional business IT support: When something breaks, call us and we'll fix it! Computers, printers, servers, scanners, anything you need! Break/Fix support is used by many businesses, from small businesses with no on site IT staff to larger companies who occasionally need some expertise beyond their IT staff's experience. It's not the best model for minimizing downtime and keeping monthly costs predictable (see Proactive IT), but it is a model that still works for a lot of businesses. Pay only for tech support when you need it!
